	WHP200 Infrared Preheater - Small and Powerful
	The new WHP200 from Weller is a new PCB preheater which is small in dimension but very powerful. The WHP200 is designed to be used on small multilayer PCBs to minimize the risk of thermal damage to boards and to speed up the repair process. The WHP200 is a smaller version of our 600W WHP3000 infrared preheater. The WHP200 employs one 200W infrared lamp, which makes it perfect for today's small, densly packed boards. Why infrared? Infrared heating lamps provide even pre-heat energy across the PCB. Hot air solutions direct concentrated air to a specific point on the board. 	WD1002T Will Extend Tip Life During Lead Free Applictions
	New from Weller the WD1002T is a microprocessor controlled soldering station which is ideally suited for use in repair and laboratory environments as well as for production, design and R&D applications. The WD1002T is based on Weller’s highly successful WD1002 station. The WD1002T gives users the same extensive functionality of the WD1 control unit and the WP80 iron’s short tip to grip dimensions but, with the added benefits of the new WDH10T safety stand with Stop+Go functionality and integrated WDC2 dry tip cleaner. Using the WDH10T Stop+Go safety stand in conjunction with the WD1 control unit results in the automatic return of the soldering iron to its set back temperature when it is placed in the safety stand. 	Get rock-solid temperature control
	This low cost station maintains nozzle temperature, regardless of the air flow rate. With 650 watts of power, internal air adjustable from 5 L/min. to 50 L/min. and temperature variable from 100°F to 1,000°F, the new Weller® WHA900 hot air station is a solid performer. But what really puts the WHA900 ahead is its closed-loop temperature feedback control that maintains temperature at the nozzle, independent of the air flow rate. 	Zero Smog® 2-Person Volume Fume Extraction System
	Our testing conclusively proves that soldering with lead-free alloys creates a level of breathable airborne pollutants which exceeds the safety threshold set by OSHA. The Weller Zero-Smog system is a viable solution for use in applications where volume extraction is the most suitable option, such as solder baths, hot air soldering, micro soldering and adhesive applications. The Zero-Smog system improves the soldering process by capturing the particles and pollutants produced and providing the operator with a comfortable, clean, and safe working environment. 	WHP80 Preheating Plate
	The Weller WHP80 Preheating Plate is an 80 watt / 24 volt pre heater that can be connected to any Weller power supply 80 watts or greater. It is ideally suited as an accessory to the new WR3M three-channel rework station. The WHP80 is used to slowly increase the temperature of a printed circuit board prior to rework to minimize the risk of damaging sensitive components. The heating surface is 80 x 50 mm (3.15 x 1.97 in.). The housing of the pre heater is 150 x 120 x 65 mm (5.90 x 4.72 x 2.56 in.). The temperature range is 150°F - 850°F (50°C - 450°C). 	WSB80 Solder Bath
	The Weller WSB 80 Solder Bath is an 80 watt / 24 volt solder bath that can be connected to any Weller power supply 80 watts or greater. The solder bath is used as a rework preparation tool to tin wire ends and to clean and tin component leads. It can also be used to clean extraneous solder particles in preparation for rework. The temperature range is 150°F - 850°F (50°C - 450°C). ESD safe. Compatible with lead free solders.

	WSB150 Solder Bath
	Same concept as WSB80 but with a larger melt chamber. The WSB150 may be used with the WD2 or WD2M 160 watt dual port power supplies (due to the power requirements, one port will be disabled when the WSB150 is in use). Temperature range is 150°F to 999°F. Compatible with lead free solders.

	Stop+Go Stand Extends Tip Life
	The new Stop+Go stands have an integrated micro switch which is activated when the soldering iron is picked up or put down. The operator can decide between an immediate or delayed (20 min.) temperature reduction (setback) to 300°F (150°C) and program the power unit accordingly. This function will serve to extend the life of both the soldering tip and the heater.
