Ultimate End Hook—Most
end hooks are riveted down the center…the
weakest part of the blade. The Dura-Life
end hook moves the rivets away from the
center, putting two on each side, where
the blade is stronger. Turn a Pro Series
tape over and you’ll see the stainless
steel reinforcement strip that more than
doubles the total material thickness of
the blade where the end hook is attached.
